Order processing

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer around holidays or during busy holiday periods. Please allow extra time when ordering for a special occasion.

Processing time is separate from the carrier's delivery time. Choosing express shipping does not shorten the time needed to prepare your order.

Shipping costs and delivery

Available shipping services and shipping costs are shown at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Any delivery estimates refer to carrier transit time after shipment, not order processing time.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Holidays, weather, carrier delays, and customs processing may extend delivery times.

International orders

International shipping is available to eligible destinations shown at checkout. International shipments may be subject to customs processing and applicable import duties or taxes. Any charges not collected at checkout may be payable upon delivery under the destination country's rules.

Shipping address and order issues

Please check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at makingitfromhere@gmail.com . Address changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.
